Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. No processing or shipping takes place on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Delivery times within Germany are typically 2–5 business days after shipment.
International deliveries may take 7–14 business days or longer depending on the destination country. Delays due to customs clearance or external factors (e.g., weather, transportation issues) are beyond our control.

Standard Shipping (USA): €4.90 – free for orders over €50

Express Shipping (USA): €9.90

International Shipping: Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information or non-collection, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
